Thanks. I contact cement the leather in place, just enough leather to cover the blade and handle when the kydex is still flat. After the glue has set I groove the center of the leather for easier folding and thin the edges so the kydex doesn't gap. Heat the kydex really soft and insert knife and clamp the heck of it. Any adjustment comes after I rivet.
