My blur is making noise. Knives should know better than to make noise.

It's a rattle and it only happens with the blade open. I have Kershaw's handy bit driver and I checked all the screws - they wouldn't budge. Plenty tight. I've never taken the knife apart, should I give that a try?

    Thanks.

Probably the spring for the spring assist. It already did its job and doesn't have anything to rest on.

Yep, it is the torsion bar
My ZT0301 had the same rattle.

If it bothers you take it apart and pack some grease in the cutout for the torsion bar

I have a Knockout that sounds like a maraca in the open position. Use some thick grease to hold the torsion bar in place while open.
