Thanks for posting the photos, Chopper. Despite the current fashion of black plastic and tactical style gear, the look of leather and brass remains appealing (your first photo).

The knife is a Farmers and Spear point, double brass bolster with polished buffalo horn scales, made by a Sheffield maker Trevor Ablett.

Great value for money it cost about ?25. :)

    Everyone asks that.

Its a Kangeroo scrotum money pouch.

My cousin who lives in Perth sent it to me a couple of years ago. Its a great conversation piece.

For some unknown reason, the girls love playing with it when they find out what it is.

You can get them from here: http://www.everythingaustralian.com/kanlucpoucbo.html

    I could'nt agree more.

I am not a great lover of modern materials, i'm a bit of a wool and canvas type of person.

I had great difficulty getting the right size pouches and being a left hander knife sheaths were a real problem, so I make my own.

The one on the right is a is a Traser P6500. Great for knocking around in: http://www.h3watchshop.co.uk/p/15/The-Full-Traser-H3-Range/Traser-H3-Watch-%7C-Traser-H3-P6500-Navigator-Type-6-Watch.htm

The one in the middle is a Casio Protrek. A bit Geekie, but has a very accurate barometer, which has saved me from many a soaking when I was a motorcycle instructor: http://www.casio.co.uk/products/watches/casio%20sport/pro%20trek/PRG-40-3VUR/At_a_Glance/

And last but not least a very high quality copy of a Breitling Emergency. This was a gift from a friend, it cost ?20 and is sooooo accurate its quite unbelieveable, it weighs a ton and looks great: http://www.thewatchsource.co.uk/show.php?brand=4&cat=541

    Chopper,

Your Kangeroo scrotum pouch is unusual yet interesting. I may end up with one my self if for no other reason, as you put it, it will be "... a great conversation piece"

I'm interested in the Leather pouch with the two brass snaps in your permanent belt carry picture. I am also interested in the pry bar with the para cord wrap in the same picture. If you don't mind ... where did you get them? Can your share a link where they can be reviewed / purhased?

    Thanks,
    GuardDog

I think Chopper made the leather case himself. More photos and info here.

The closest commercial offering I've seen is sold as an ammunition carrier in the firearms department in the Bass Pro Shop store. They are available in different sizes.

    Hey Chopper,

I'm new to the forum and haven't seen all the cool tools everybody has, I was wondering, on the belt carry photo, what brand of tool is below the leatherman?

    Thanks Ron
