Do you just carry those front or back pocket? Do they eventually slide sideways or sit that way naturally?

Front left. suspension clips. I stop carrying folders knives for years because I couldn't stand them turning sideways. Fixed sheath blades and a woodwalkers or something like that.....Then I found this place.

No the suspension clips work for me. I regularly carry things with various clips and never notice them. I guess I never noticed those knives had lanyard holes in the Butt ends. I really may try that. Thanks for the info and the extra pictures.

I won't buy a knife without a lanyard hole or a fixed blade without hollow pins. Depends

I won't ever buy another folder without one, the fixed blades have to have them as well.

Dad flew in from South America to spend time with the boys on his birthday. I am impressed with his EDC. Rocking a Iphone and tablet. ..at 77. Where on Earth did he get the Generals pencil...that has to be from me. Most people have never heard of them.

He has a SAK classic on his key chain so I thought I'd just keep it simple with the knife (Queen forum Stock man) and up grade his abomination of a flashlight to a Zebra H502d.

I had both in stock so I didn't have buy anything...:frantic:

Thanks Vader! Life is too short. My family all lives in the Pacific Northwest but everyone is always out of the country. I don't get to see anyone ever. I still buy EDC stuff but my personal set up is almost not forum worthy and doesn't change much. So, I mettle into the rest of families stuff.

Heirloom quality knife.. Do you think you can pull off the visor? My wife hates the visors.....especially when I dip a bandana in the river, slap it on my head and add the visor. She just hates that.

I think I need more hair to wear a visor. While it would shade my eyes, and absorb my sweat, it would leave a pasty white ring around my sunburned scalp at the same time:eek:

I'm a big fan of the wet bandana under the ball cap. I also suffer from Gravitational Hair Migration Syndrome. My wife deeply disapproves as well:)

This one is in Alaska. Come July it will be the 6th year of our week long self guided flyfishing/ river float trip. This 35 pounder was caught the first year and also was my first of many King Salmon on a fly rod.
And you should still post your pic. I like seeing fish pics just about the same amount that i like to see gear pics:)

We rock a '97 grand caravan. Gets worse gas mileage than my old truck, but i can also haul more than my old truck with both seats out

Still my favorite thread on EDCforums.

I REALLY need to pick up a small fixed blade knife......and a few other GEC's....I really like the new bullnose in natural canvas...... My linen micarta one has been my gardening knife, great little blade!

I had a feeling they were going to come out with more colors of those micartas. I would like to see them use micarta on other knives. That would be cool.

Have you posted any pictures of the linen? I would like to see them...there is not much difference.....It seems the canvas looks just like the linen after some patina.

Yes, i posted a pic back on page 89 in your thread I think. It's really smooth, maybe a little too smooth. Nothing a little work won't fix. I much prefer canvas micarta, but as you've stated earlier, they were sold out before anybody even actually had one in hand, and linen was readily available!
