Here is a little belt tool case I made for carrying my "little" tool collection. It contains most of the stuff I need. The top photo shows the size next to my bone handle SAK.

I made two dividers so that the tools have some separation. One "pocket" is for the minichamp only.
Left to right, home made bit holder in rear with hole that the vic sharpener rod can go through for more leverage/shory zebra pen i cut/fenix LD01 aaa light (up to 90 lumens)/ vic sharpener rod/ folding leatherman (rare)/ bit holder/ vic mini champ

Wow, great minds think alike! My case is 3 inches by 3 inches. What is the size of yours? 3.5 inches tall would have give me a better choice of some tools.
I tried to cover most of the toold aspects from pliers, to light, to cutting, drivers, etc. I didn't cover the nut drivers as you did. I don't need that very often edc.
what is missing out of the picture is a flint rod that fits perfectly in the case. That covers the fire aspect, but I keep that in another pouch with some other survival stuff in another pocket.
This is the case with the easily most often used stuff.

The bit driver is an extension with a piece welded on with a hole for the vic sharpener which acts as a leverage handle. I can also use the tip of the leatherman for stronger leverage if needed.
Everything is designed as much as possible to have dual function. Although there are always overlaps with the multi tools.

given it's weight and size and functionality, I am pretty happy with this arrangement, although I have some other similar setups which I wear from time to time.

My case is 3 1/2"X 5", it had to be that high to fit the sockets and the hexy bit extension. The main reason for it is when I am off road biking, it's a guarantee that if you are miles from anywhere, bits will fall off your bike. The little blue ratchet wrench is great because it has 1/4" hex one side and 1/4" drive the other. I don't like carrying much in the way of bags when I'm off roading so I made the pouch.

    Me want one!

Here I've been focused on creating custom fit holders, but your idea of dividers makes it more flexible. Why didn't I thing of that?
