    Hi All,
I am trying to organize my packs in a modular sense. I am trying to find pouches that open up 180 degrees like the goruck field pouches. However some that dont cost an arm and a leg. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Both the Condor Sidekick and TnT pouch will open flat if you remove the paracord retainer. They are priced in the $20-$30 range. I have both; they’re well made and easy to use. I kept the paracord retainer in mine, to restrict opening to 90-degrees, but as I mentioned, they’re removable.

I actually just found this tip about an hour ago and have been looking at the idea. The downside is that I was looking for Molle or Hook and Loop.

I can have hook and loop sewn on to them no problem but my question is how durable is the pouch material (looking at eagle creek brand).

    Also any brand recommendations?

Eagle Creek is a good brand with reviews on multiple travel sites. I have used their products for several years when traveling.

My experience with cheap packing cubes is seams coming apart and zippers failing.

Solognac makes pouches that clam shell totally open. You can pick them up for £7ish
