+1 for the Wrangler Ripstop Rangers
TADs cargo pants shall be nice I've heard.. try and let me know =)
Railriders pants work well for me
LOVE my Arbor Wear pants! They're like Carharts on steroids and last forever. I don't think they make a cargo style, but they do have a "tool" pocket on the right side of the leg that I carry my knife in. Well worth the money.
I've tried some Columbia Titanium (forget the name of the series) cargo pants while on several backpacking and camping trips. Very lightweight and breathable, definitely limited for late spring/summer use but very comfortable. Some of those were convertible too, so you'd have the option between shorts or long pants.
Now, just hear me out.
The last 5 cargo pants I bought were made of a "rough" khaki. Almost like a work pant but more forgiving. Plenty of extra pockets and in my favorite shades of coyote. Bought them all marked down and very very happy with them.
Ready? The GAP! :boo:
