Thanks! I need to get some new photos taken and will be sure to get a close-up one of the flask. That said, I couldn't resist buying one of the new Stanley Hammertone Adventurer flasks (Stanley Classic Flask, Matte Black, 8 oz.) off eBay when I finally found one at a good deal just now.

Avoid the Vargo titanium flask. It's made in China, cheaply.

The OP never mentioned the capacity of the flask. Most flask hold on average 8 oz/ 236 ml. A bottle is round and difficult to carry in a pocket whereas a flask is similar to a smartphone and will fit in mist pockets.

Thanks for the heads up, I’ve never had anything from Vargo. I have a few Ti stuff from SnowPeak and really like their stuff I’ll look at that one next.

13 posts have been removed from this thread for violating the forum rules.

I must say that I am very disappointed that several members decided to squabble like five year olds, if I have to come back further action will be taken.

I like the Nalgene flask. Lightweight, leakproof and as I know Nalgene is made in USA. Available in blue color also.

I have one of those too, for me it's the only really acceptable flask since you can visually inspect if it's actually clean. Metal flasks are an absolute gamble if you use em for anything without a high alcohol content.

I have the Stanley flask and shot glasses. They work for me. But they are made in China. I am going to look into the Nalgene flask as mentioned above.

Is that the one from the place that begins with mass and ends with drop. How many oz does it carry.
