    Hey folks
i just need your hepl to find a new edc waistbag. The first i tough about is the Maxpedition Octa Versypack, but the price is quite high for my wallet. So i taked a look and find Crumpler's products, like th Light Delight Hipster (LDH-005).

Looks cool, i need somethin i can usa as a shoulderbag, or as a waistbag.

Someone have a bag to reccomend me?
    thanks

    Bye!

Check out Condor. Built pretty good and not so expense.

Would personally recommend the proteus over the octa. Octa's very small, if you pack it decently full, it can be quite hard to access contents if you wear it somewhat to the side. But Octa's perfect when I need a quick trip with just wallet/keys/phone.

But I don't use these anymore, found myself a good sling bag.

Check out Jandd Mountaineering. I have had one of their small waist packs for about 20 years and it still looks brand new. I use one of their much larger lumbar packs nowadays but as a comparison to the Maxpedition Octa Versypack, seems a Jandd small or so would suffice. I used my small one as a shoulder bag when I traveled before kids (which meant light loads ;-)

You might consider the One-Tigris 3 way Modular Bag. It's kind of a knock-off of the Proteus.

What capacity are you looking for? The Tom Bihn Side Effect might fit your needs but its relatively small. It has the ability for a waist strap and shoulder strap that can be removed.

I have an Elite Avenger Gun pack, use it as a waist bag and when I'm kiltin' it becomes my Tacticool Sporran and I carry my Sig 320 in it nicely
