Wore out my good Gore-Tex golf rain suit. I don't play enough any more to warrant a good one, but am interested in something like the Frogg Toggs DriDucks. Don't need anything expensive or heavy duty. This would be used occasionally only. Suggestions for something packable like in a duffle or golf bag appreciated!

Being a light duty and minimal use item, I'd associate $30 or less. The Frogg Toggs DriDucks Ultra-Lite 2™ Rain Gear
    retails for $20.

In what way is your gore one worn out? Holes? Actually leaking? Or is it wetting out and just gets cold?

My intended use for this set would typically be wet, but not combined with cold. I have heavy duty, waterproof clothing for that time of year. I spent this last weekend at a bbq fund raiser and it rained almost the whole time. I need a rain suit that I don't mind getting dirty or smelly.

My reference to worn out was an attempt to hide the fact that I outgrew it and gave it away. Thanks for heading down the "it may be repairable" path, but that's not an option any more ;).

Now that I've had time to over-think the situation, I do believe I'll also get some pants to go with an old FootJoy jacket already in the golf bag. It's an older DryJoys and still fits. I'll try the local Edwin Watts after work.

You have already picked it out, the Frogg Toggs.
