Assuming you can find an open Sears somewhere ;), just pick up a Sears 4 way and add it to your edc. They're still easy to carry and cheap. I keep mine not on my keychain with the Doohickey, but rather in a coin pouch that is always in my pocket. Or you could slip it in a wallet. Actually easier to carry that way than on the keychain imnsho!

I forget the model, but it’s made by Tain. He makes fancy custom flashlights out of Taiwan. I think he sells some on urban edc supply now too.

What is the knife? It looks like it is a small utility tool.

Well, not much to see here - besides a list of stuff my mini EDC consists of.

    Keyring
Nite Ize S-Biner MicroLock (as I sometimes need to remove one of the tools for easier handling, lock never failed)
Suspension Clip (prevents the keyring to bulge my jeans front pocket)
SAK "Manager" (does 95% of all daily tasks I need a tool for)
ThruNite Ti3 powered with an AAA Eneloop (I like the moonlight mode, the 6+ hours 10 Lumen mode and also if I need more light I get about 100+ Lumens from it)
ZipperPull-Whistle (using it as a keyfob, but can be pretty loud too)
    door & postbox keys

    small pack of paper handkerchiefs

If i leave home a wallet, smartphone, watch, and a bandana (w/Nitril gloves) besides a basecap & sunglasses are added to my person.

Depending on distance & planned duration I also add an EDC pouch and/or my EDC rucksack too.

I find the same thing to be true. The Manager is my favorite small SAK

I also carry a pair of nitril gloves with my bandana in my backpocket - those came in handy a lot of times already. recommended.

    always on me:

    - Thrunite T10s
    - Cadet
    - Usb key
    - Lighter
    - bandana and nitril gloves

    on keys:
    - small whistle (used it only once in 3 years, but you never know)
    - squirt ps4, replaced my lost my vic classic

too many keys, so I removed the Ti3, have a backup light in backpack or jacket anyway.
The good thing about winter is you can ditch the minimalist carry and easily carry heavier lights around and actually use them a lot :D

How do you like the PS4 vs. the Victorinox Classic? Pros/Cons? Has your usage changed?

I'll be interested to see what @flux has to say. Personally, I don't think a good comparison can be made. They're just far too different. Different capabilities, dimensions, weight, even price. Just MNSHO!

Because of a heavy work related travel schedule, I gave up my Vic Executive and switched to the Style PS. It has filled >95% of my needs,

When I need to cut something, there is the scissor. I can use one half of it like a small 3/4 inch blade.

I gave up the toothpick and a blade but gained bottle opener and a small needle-nose pliers.

When I'm home, I keep the PS in my pocket and add a folder.

to be honest, the squirt ps4 is an overpriced heavy brick and is better be placed in the 5th jeans pocket. I never use the knife and keep it for emergencies like cutting out splinters. but pliers are nice. It is on my keys with a stainless tiny s biner I had from a flashlight to easily take it off. It is just there because I don't want to lose it, too. And my keys are many and heavy and bulky already, so the ps4 weight and bulk doesn't matter here.

I lost the classic I once bought for 50cents on a fleamarket and I won't spend 12 euros for a new one. I rather find one slightly used on ebay for half. the classic has better scissors and it is nice to have the tweezers in it and the tootpick is useful to clean micro usb ports. It is the king of keychain. but I would rather buy a rambler. But I won't because they cost close to 20 euros. I have a cadet always with me anyway, so most tools of the classic and the squirt are redundant. The squirt is cool for people who carry only single blade folders, though.

would I buy the squirt ps4 again? probably not. It is just too expensive for what it is. you can buy a decent multitool for the money. But it is a fun little gadget and I kinda like it and use it a lot. But a gerber dime at about half the price is probably just as good.

But still, having tiny foldable pliers is awesome. LM squirt costs about 30 euros in europe. that is too much for what you get. Gerber Dime is a bit less here. But probably just as usable, except the file. But I only used the LM file once or twice to repair a toy. so whatever..

    Thanks,
It’s the only SteelFlame item I dare to get. Really like their take down pins but not for $185...

Anything interesting in the pouch? Phaser, light Saber, telescopic knitting needles?
