We all spend our days with full pockets, sheaths, holsters, bags etc. but do you have something different you carry around the house or something for light summer clothes or dress clothes for those who work in that environment. I personally come home at the end of the day and change into a pair of basketball shorts and a t-shirt and put most of my stuff into a box on my nightstand. I still have easy access to what I need, but I also thought why not set up a rig for those times. This I what I came up with.

This is what I carry when I'm wearing a suit. When I'm wearing a suit I'm normally at a fancy restaurant or some place like that. I'm never going to run across a screw that needs tightening or a bolt that needs turning and my carry reflects that. Iphone 5 not in picture.

    • Swiss Army Secretary: So light and thin that I don’t even notice it in my pocket
    • Freekey key chain: A decent compromise between ease of key removal and light weight.
    • MBI HF flash light: The smallest 500 lumen flashlight that I’ve seen. Has a 2nd 40 lumen mode which is more useful day to day.
    • Keyshark bottle opener: They claim to be the worlds lightest at 1.14 grams. Even though it is lightweight it works as well as other larger key chain bottle openers.
    • Wedding ring: Konzuk KMR113p Platinum Ring
    • Seiko watch: Had this watch for over 20 years. No longer made but there are many similar ones currently made by them.
    • Money clip: Superior Titanium titan. I’ve had this for over 5 years. Works well at holding two cards and over 20 bills.

This got me thinking about what I carry on my days off during the summer. I carry the knife in my waistband, the keys usually go on a lanyard and the cards go in a pocket.

    Here is the minimalist setup.
    - I'm usually wearing my glasses and I try to lose my phone as often as possible.

What's with the 5 USBs? Not hating, just wondering why you carry 5...

IIRC correctly he works IT and there are different LINUX systems on them and boot software. Or I could be thinking of someone else.

    One is none.

I saw them in a IT-store and fell for the design. Can´t say I have use for all 5 though. Every USB stick has a folder with my contact information on it and other useful stuff. On one of them I have movies, on another I have music, and on a third I have programs and other IT related things. 2 are empty in case I want to copy files from a friend for example.

The movies and music is nice to have if I am at work and there is nothing to do. Don´t happen very often, but hey, I like to be prepared.

Hehe. I'm an IT guy and although I do have a Windows laptop and a Kali Linux machine at work, I primarily use my MBA when I don't absolutely have to use one of the others.

It's the P1 by Premier Pen. Was one of the first Kickstarter projects I've funded. I added the O-ring so it could slip inside the split ring. I do the same thing with another KS pen: The X-Pen: A carbon fiber writing tool. I funded a couple of Kyle's projects. The CF clock is displayed prominently in Mrs. Pettimore's kitchen.
