This is my Custom PS4 that I posted on here a couple years ago. Haven't done any major modding to it since then, but I did add a nice little lanyard and pocket clip. Just wanted to share. I think I use this more than my Surge. I certainly EDC it more. Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
That thing is pretty cool. Have the scissors snapped yet? Is the awl sourced from one of the earlier Squirts, or is it a ground down file? Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
Thank you! Yes, the spring to the scissors broke once. The awl is from anther Squirt. Can't remember which off the top of my head. Check out my earlier post from 2014, the build should be on there. Also, check out Metropolicity's PS4 mod(s). True genius work. Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
I would really like to add a pocket clip to my Squirts; do you have info (specs) on the screws you replaced the rivets with? Where did you source that clip?
The clip is from a Sanrenmu 9054 SUC-GH folding knife. The clip does get loose after time though. Here is a link for my earlier post when I originally modded the PS4... https://www.edcforums.com/index.php?threads/125397/ Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
Thank you. There's nothing' stopping you from trying it. I don't think I've seen anyone mod an ES4 before. I look forward to seeing it. Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
Lmao....no joke. I've since taken off that specific clip. It gets too loose at times for my liking. I have mainly been keeping it in my Skinth Nano for now. I'm still on the search for another deep pocket clip. Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
I think you just about have all of the bases covered with that "little" tool. Short of a wood saw and an adjustable wrench... you have as many tools as I have in my toolbox.
I actually carry a micro torque wrench dremeled down to fit in my Surge's bit adapter. I like the saw idea. I'll see what I can do! Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
