    Found I still had a bit of glow-in-the-dark paracord left over in a storage tote, and used a little of it for the core of this SAK lanyard with 1.4mm white mini blind string/trot line over top of it...

    It's around eighteen or so inches long from the gate clip end to the loop. A length where I can pull the lanyard out from my pocket and use the attached EDC knife/flashlight/multitool/keyring/wallet/etc. without having to detach it unless I want to.

    I can have it clipped to a belt loop or running a belt through the loop end for retention/loss prevention, or used as a wrist lanyard, or attached to a backpack/bag's molle webbing/straps or zipper pull, and so on... ;)
