Are you still making those beads? I'm interested in acquiring some.
I got some of those (in brass) at a local bead shop.
DB (or anyone else who can help)
Can you post closeup picture or instructions of how did you finish the 4 ends of the paracord.. I have been trying to get my head around it, but i just cant figure it out. The only way i know how to finish those is to cut them off, or make a regular knot..
This is the part that i meant:

Looks like a walker knot.
Not even close. Multi-Stranded stopper knot.
There is an easy way to do this knot.
1. Crown the knot to the right, or left.
2. As the strands hang, Skipping 1 bight in the same direction as the crown.
3. Tuck the working strand through and up the middle of the crown.
You sir, are correct.
That is what I pictured, but was way off with the name.
Boy, am i glad that it wasn´t the walker, as it´s a difficult knot!
With Multi-Stranded stopper, i succeeded with the first try! Thank you KnotHead, and Thank you caveman for introducing me a new know!
I made a video on the MWK(Mathew Walker Knot)... Youtube Video...
MWK How 2 Video Tutorial
Have fun &
I have had several people try the video and have had really good results back from them.
The end of that looks more like a what my grandfather called a diamond knot its really simple. It's a crown then bringing each past the cord in front of the next and up through the center. ill post pics later
Can't wait to see it jester.
This is a first for me here is a couple of Pics of what I know as a Diamond Knot

oh as I said in the video I'm just getting over a cold sorry for the heavy breathing. Knot tying really doesn't excite me THAT much :lolhammer:.
Since I had the camera out tonight I thought Id post some of my work.
there's 2 keyfobs,a couple bracelets(Stormdrain) zipper pulls, neck lanyard, and a bell rope for a bar

That´s exactly what i used to study the Walker knot.. As you said on the video, it sure takes practice and patiense
:highfive: Nice work jester! I haven't got around to tackling the bell rope yet.
Good video KnotHead! I might now be able to tie the MW :brickwall:
Thank you all for the kind comments on the video. I sure hope to see some of you post some finished MWK's soon to the EDC here. I look forward to seeing some of the other works.
Here's a Turks Head that has the same properties as a Mathew Walker Knot. Difference being that the base knot is not tucked away like a Mathew Walker. Instead the base knot simply just goes under and then over, then the next color of cord will bind it all together. Constructed with an even bight progression and an odd lead count.
Tri-Color Java Jacket
Killer eh? I am working on a 3rd color and some interweave patterns. But still a lot of work to on that yet.
Wow nice color choice
Sorry for the delayed response. I have been really busy this week with work and all. Thanks for the kind comment about the color choice.
