I have been trying to find this everywhere. Europe is a complete non starter for it and I can't find anywhere obvious in the US that sells it in at least a 500D Cordura material.

Has anyone come across retailers of it.

This seems to be the only place I've been able to find Kryptek by the yard.

Yeah I saw them. It will work out over £20 per metre for polyester, I normally pay no more than £8 for polyester.

Need to think if I can justify paying this much just to have a different pattern fabric.

I am after something a little different to the plain fabrics I normally use, something that does not scream 'camo'.

The other ones I have been looking at are A-TACS AU or FG

Is that £8 for polyester in a solid colour? I don't know much about this kind of stuff (materials etc) but I've owned a few packs from Kifaru in 500D typhon, and they all came with a higher price tag than, say, black or FG.

I had some custom pouches made up in 500D Typhon, to go with the kif packs. There was a US based eBay seller, who I don't think is on there anymore, that sold it - The material for the pouches in the pics below, plus a larger claymore style pouch plus shipping to the US-based custom maker came to about £35.

I think you are right about the Typhoon costing more.

I might just mod two of my existing bags. I was thinking of making a small clam shell back pack with a removable front section which could be used as a shoulder bag.

Thinking about it I might have made the shoulder bag below to fit onto the back pack in the first picture.

The shoulder bag below is my most used one and has good organization for holidays etc, it is the exact width of my back pack and the bottom rectangular rings are in exactly the same place on each bag.

So I will probably change the rectangles on the shoulder bag to hook and loop and that can connect to the back pack rectangles.

Roguetrooper – I like the ITW G clips on your pouches, so will add one to each side of the shoulder bag to mate with the webbing half way up on each side of the back pack.

Then add some female side release buckles onto the shoulder bag to clip onto the ones that come round the side of the back pack.

Typhon is difficult to find these days. I have received the 600 polyester as well as 500D nylon in Typhon & mandrake prints. Both from the eBay seller. Whisky two four is the only place I know of thats offering highlander anything it's 500D the stuff on eBay states it's 1,0000D or 600 Polly I think ,but the 600 poly Typhon looks completely grey. compared to the 500D. Even a license requires purchasing 100 yards to get Kryptek now days.

Understandable, I just got an order today from the same eBay seller that had the Typhon fabric. It's 500D Typhon Nylon. 1 yard was just under $20 US. I'd be happy to get it and ship it across the pond for the most reasonable price I can get. Unless you've truly given up. I can also get 1000D but it requires 5 yards or more.

Thanks for the offer. I had already thought of that, my boss lives in the US. He checked the cost and it was quite expensive. A lot more than the fabric itself

Do you have a link to the supplier you got it from ?

Science it's been brought up I'm looking for some Typhon NYCO 2-6 yards. The stuff they have on eBay is from China or Russia and it's not license Kryptek print camo.

I apologize for the lengthy response time. The link is provided. I can get all patterns in 500 or 1000d The price is fairly good depending on how much you want. 18-20$USD
