@Mark Patton: which Pro-Tech is that? Looks like one of the CA legal? Would appreciate your thoughts on the +/- of this knife. L'chaim! Moshe ben David
Latest watch acquisition together with one of my first folding knife acquisitions. I know that the knife is certainly my favorite to date, but after quite a few watch purchases that has been a little ..meeh, I'm kind of stoked to say I might have found my new favorite diver.
It’s the Protech TR-5. It’s a great auto knife. It’s not CA legal though as the blade is 3.25”. I have 2 pro tech autos and they are so much better than my Kershaw Launch Series knives and believe it or not my Microtech LUDT. they have really snappy action, never misfired, excellent lock up, no blade play. Pro tech really pays attention to all the details. The only negative I have on this particular knife is the safety. I really don’t like it on there. At the very least I wish they would have had the metal button on the safety match the pivot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks @Mark Patton! I just wasn't sure from your pic. I have a few Boker Kalashnikov autos; I enjoy them. But my knife 'bucket list' absolutely shows a Protech in big bold print on it! L'chaim! Moshe ben David
