Yes, I gave the Zippy/Urban Zippy a lot of thought and opted for something smaller....I have a bad habit of carrying round stuff I don't need and I want to force myself to work with a small bag. I do think though if I get hooked on Kifaru I can see myself getting a Zippy or an X-Ray in the future
why not try one more time...email angie at kifaru dot net or you can email the owner himself..patrick at kifaru dot net and tell him your situation.. if you want a small pack from kifaru i would suggest the e and e with x-ray straps...
I ordered yesterday via PayPal in the end so I'm now in the queue..how long is the wait these days? I went for a Typhon E&E with X-Ray straps, Organizer Pocket and a couple of Lock & Load #10's (just in case)....cant wait
30 days maybe if they don't have any in stock...you should receive an invoice for your purchase and on that invoice should be a link to the status of your order which should have the ship date on it...
Thanks for the info, I hadn't spotted the Status Page link...just says In Process. I'm in the UK so figured it might take a while
check your email tomorrow...you should get another email from angie confirming your purchase...mine was in pdf form...it should say sales order from designsmith...click on the pdf and open it and you will find your estimated ship date just under the ship to address...
It seems that those of us outside the US don't get the .pdf order updates any more. Idon't know why, I always used to, but since Kifaru expanded things have been a bit different. I would also reccomend contacting Angie if you need anything, Heath doesn't always get back to you. Hal, I'll definitely take any #10s you don't want, but I bet you'll keep 'em...
I ordered a bag on june 2nd and my estimated ship date is today july 1st.they send an email with a link to check your order status.
Thanks for the info guys, I ordered on 30th and Angie got back to me on the 2nd, I have a ship date of July 7th. How fast do they get to the UK? @yellowhammer - I'm not so sure, the #10's look a little big so I would only use one in my E&E.....the problem is I have already started eyeing up an X-Ray (even though I don't need one...)
