I just don't have a better way to get a URL for pics, and I can't upload from PC.

I rock a twitch 2 also. But haven't seen that color before? Is it something new?

I really like that carabiner. I have a Fenix carabiner with same design as the kleckler but Fenix is way smaller than yours.

I did see that Fenix one recently. I like klecker because as you said it is bigger. I have some bulkier items attached like the car key/remote and the leatherman and they fit nicely for me.

Handy little blade, right? I don’t think it’s new - I received as a gift maybe 4 years ago. I see it’s available on the big river site, FYI.

+1 on using the Tapatalk app. If you use your phone camera to take your pictures than it's a one stop shop. Take picture, post picture. It's that easy.

Those are some really sturdy-looking small split rings! Do you remember where you got them?

Yes, I would also like to know. I've been searching for small flat style split rings for a long time. Hopefully in titanium.

FWIW, if the steel is bothering you, you can buy small titanium wire split rings on eBay. I have purchased some few 10mm ones. Personally, though, I'd stick with steel for small split rings - it is way more elastic.

    Also, what is that whistle?

I could almost guarantee that those split rings are steel. Titanium is not as elastic as steel and would probably deform horribly in such a small split ring.

The smallest titanium split rings I know of are the 10mm coiled wire ring on eBay. The smallest rectangular cross-section split rings that I have seen lately are 18mm. Either of these will deform permanently if opened too far.

Yes, you are correct about all of that. I forgot how easily my small, flat rings would permanently deform when trying to get it on my tool/item.

I've been using 15mm(I think) ti flat rings from CountyComm. If your item needs more than around 3mm to install, there's a good chance it will deform.

Neat pocket sharpener. What's the plastic piece that looks glow in the dark (I know, it's a plastic piece that goes in the dark :) ?

Salt water fishing area at Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's. They are stainless steel and a booger to spread without a pair of split ring players.

Nice! That's a good idea using the carabiner like that. Is that a Klecker or Fenix?

That's the Fenix! It's only 10 bucks on their website. And pure titantium! Plus the bottle opener and flat head is a nice feature.
