Go to CPF and search desert moon and b@rt.
Both sell tritium vials just different sizes.
I have bought from both, b@rt takes a little longer.

It was from a True Utility multi tool. It's a cheap for sure, but works OK for now. Looking at finding an old damaged Vic or LM to mod for a better blade quality. Would like the Chaves blade but hard to get hold of so until then as it's only for a back up if all else fails.

I think I know the one if its a pliers based one - it's my mates EDC, (I don't think he "does" EDC - he thinks I'm mad - but carries it all the same). Things like that are really handy to try a proof of concept on. The anodising looks tidy too.

Radley I hate to be the one to point this out brother, but what'd you use to heat that blade with, & how hot did you get it? I ask because, even though it's a cheaper blade, you might have ruined the heat treat by reheating it. If it doesn't hold an edge after the heat, that'd be the reason.

Thanks fella Yeah I'm aware. It just had a little flame heat to start colouring. It isn't a good blade anyway so only use would be poking something for either fun or as last resort. Main aim was just to get a bit of colour to stop it looking so plain. The only reason it's still on my keybar is that is very slim and would only be replaced with spacers anyway. Thanks for thinking off me though.

Radley Kool! I read your post yesterday, but I was hesitant to reply. I didn't wanna offend ya in any way, and I'm definitely not the best at conveying feelings in type!

I finally have it about the best I think I can get it. No extra mass, no extra tools, in short, nothing there that doesn't need to be there. The cable cord is the final piece, the perfect balance between efficeincy, flexibility, and reliability. Nothing fancy and expensive like some of the ones posted here, but it's what it needs to be.

    3x high use house keys
    Surefire ear-pro (used when driving)
    Fenix E05 2014 rev
    Keyfob
    Key to the other car
