How do you start your knots out, and then finish them? I really love the look of your paracords. Awesome job!!! I also like the quote in your signature line!

They're cut off at the bottom and melted together. See the small black spots visable near the bottom of each lanyard? It's an alternative to a finishing knot.

I am sorry I wasn't more specific...I meant where the paracord crosses over at an angle...

There are many different ways to start and end. I would suggest youtube. It's a great source for knots.

What's the purpose of the bolt through the Micro Widgy?

yatsunil - awesome way to turn your widgy into a popper ... I thought of doing the same with a Spyderco Titanium clip bolt.

Thanks for the warning but I'm afraid it's come too late.....I'm already poisoned!!!!;D
As for the bolt, see Ryan's reply above.

Thanks Ryan. Not my innovation though - while I was travelling thru' Vietnam, I saw some roadside drink stalls using poppers consisting of a bolt partially screwed into a piece of wood dowel. Also I don't have the means to cut down the widgy like I've seen you do. At least with the bolt, it's a non-permanent modification.

No, the pen's ss. I really can't justify Ti for that. Most of the weight is in the ink, anyway.

I don't like a bunch of stuff on my keychain. I do keep a CPR barrier in addition to this, but it didn't look cool for the picture
