Here is my keychain, I plan to replace the keychain screwdrivers and P51 with something more versatile. The maglite is also too dim, I will also replace it with brighter one.

Haha nice to see someone else who uses one of the seatbelt key detacher's! I use the mustang one, but I added a paracord braid rather than just putting the keys directly on it. I will have to get around to taking a pic or two some time.

    Updated my EDC.

Goal was to maintain strict UTILITY and eliminate minimally used items, lighten yet full-duty. Debated getting rid of a butane lighter, but the split-pea lighter is so tiny yet lights up on demand in emergencies even after months of non-use, that I'm having trouble abandoning it. See my previous set-up to compare the changes:

    A) Keychain:
via coated twist-close wire chain, on McGizmo 20mm titanium clips:
    1) Verbatim Tuff 'n' Tiny 8gb USB 2.0
    2) Titanium Inka Pen
    3) Maratac AAA natural anodized Cree Q5 light
    4) Aluminum Bison Capsule containing pills
    5) Split-Pea Lighter
    6) EDC Forum belt loop chain
    7) Keys
    8) US Gov BigDaddy splinter tweezers
    9) Leatherman Squirt P4

    B) Verizon htc Droid Incredible
(favorite apps: Key Ring, Keeper, 3, GDocs, Listen, Where,
Google Sky, c:geo, Aldiko, Talk To Me, Peep, Astro, Trapster)

    C) Spec-Ops Brand T.H.E. wallet
    D) Spyderco Caly 3 in ZDP-189 steel, Carbon Fiber handle

    My current EDC keychain

Here is my current EDC keychain.

It's still in its infancy so there isn't much on it yet. I do have a Cash Stash single bill on order with Sunshine to add to the mix. It should be here this week. I ordered it in brass for durability. I even ordered one for my friend in NY (I'm in TX) aren't I nice?

    :)

    Clockwise

***2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring door/trunk fob

    ***2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring key

***paracord fob that my friend in NY's brother made for me (he is the one that got me started in EDC recently)

***Victorinox pocket knife with tweezers AND toothpick (woohoo!)

***Streamlight Nano flashlight (great little light for unlocking doors in the dark)

***house key (I bought my house two months ago and had them rekey ALL the locks for one key use - very nice setup for key control purposes)

I'm a fan of the split ring as you can tell.

Countycomm has a bunch of stuff I want to add to it but I have to go slow so that I can afford all these toys. I still don't have an EDC bag yet. I wanted the one that Countycomm sells but they are out of it in black. Grrr...

So, what do you guys think? Is that a good start or is it too minimal or non-functional?

Pockets, You have a blade and a light. So you are ahead of 99% of the population.

Ultra-minimal setup. This keychain used to be much bulkier, as it had a Leatherman Squirt P4, Maratac AAA flashlight and a USB flash drive, but I've since relocated those items to a small leather belt pouch. My pants pockets are much happier now. The pico clip comes in handy when I don't have pockets or need to secure the keychain somewhere. And like many of you, I wanted something other than a skull bead to dress things up, so I made myself a brass tooth key fob.

Nope, not a dentist, just fond of tarnished brass and somewhat handy with a Dremel.

Just took some updated pics of my EDC including keychains.

    Set up includes:
    Maui Jim sunglasses
    iPhone 3G
    Audi A4 key
TEC Accessories P-7 Stainless Steel Pocket Clip attached to fishing kit ball-bearing swivel attached to McGizmo SS clip attached to split ring and Spyderco Honey Bee (I walk with this sometimes)
    Victorinox watch
Spare Panasonic CR123 battery for my Fenix PD20 Q5 light
Amo91 Steel Windproof Butane Lighter from Deal Extreme ($2.68US if you're interested. I got 3)
    Zebra F-301 pen

This is the normal EDC. I alternate between the Dragonfly and Caly3, don't usually walk with both. My backup for these two is usually a BM Mini Grip which is more of a beater than these two, or my VG10 Delica4 FRN.

Main keychain in right rear pocket: Secure-A-Key belt clip holding keys, spy capsules with allergy tablets (blue capsule), Advil (black capsule), 16Gb Super Talent thumb drive and Battery Junction Fauxton(Full EDC setup pic).

    2nd keychain (front right pocket):
TEC Accessories P-7 Stainless Steel Pocket Clip with TEC Pico Pen, Leatherman Squirt P4, Vic Midnite MiniChamp.

To GH : impressive and colourful, but doesn't the length bother you ? I prefer something more solid and shorter in length ( but with more items).

Well .. It really depends on the pants I'm wearing and what I'm doing ..
The length is important because I ride bicycle allot and keys tend to fall out of pocket ..
As for other attachments the less the better because on a bike it can get very uncomfortable to have anything in the pockets so I always carry a pack for the other gear ,)
    Thanks and ..

    BE WELL .. GH
