thanks for clarifying, I read it, just didn't think they looked like scissors.
I actually have one of those folding scissors, I stole them from a friend manyy many many years ago. Sorry friend.
But I think some mini sewing kits come stock with them...
Scissors. And they don't stab me.
Very nice!!! I like!!!! :smitten:
May I ask where you got them from?
They remind me of how a swiss-tech works.
I dont know if you have an ebay account but http://shop.ebay.com/items/_W0QQ_nkwZfoldingQ20scissorsQQ_armrsZ1QQ_fromZQQ_mdoZ
As a matter of fact I do!
Sorry, don't remember. I got them probably 20 years ago. Just one of those things I saw and grabbed up - I figured if I didn't get them then, I might never see them again.
It is roughly a 1/2 dia ring
I like your set up Devil! Cool Blog as well. I have some para cord on the way. I will be trying out some of your techniques soon. I was wondering why you carry the P38 ... but I see, its a hold over from your Navy days. I'm sure they don't makem like they used to!
Thanks for sharing!
Yeah the p38 is great and I've never been stuck by it carrying it on my keychain.
For the p38, see -
And comparing the p38 to the bigger p51
Good luck on your paracord stuff.
Hey Dave!!! Checked out your blog and I must say keep up the good work and hope business is good. I would love to buy a few things from ya but living in Michigan is not fun because of the economy.
Hopefully I will get unemployment soon and be able to afford a few of your things.
Have you ever used type 1 paracord?
Thanks and keep up the good work. Hopefully I will be able to make stuff like yours' someday.
Yeah, you don't have to tell me. I'm here in Garden City, a SW sub of Detroit. Where are you?
Thanks for your nice comment about my blog. I sell my paracord stuff off my website http://www.atch.com/devilchasnme/ and had been selling some on ebay but am taking a break from ebay for awhile.
I also have a site on Etsy http://devilchasnme.etsy.com/
Etsy is a cool place for handmade items. And even though it's a site populated mostly by women and artsy type stuff. There are alot of things worth looking at. I've been amazed at some of the stuff I've seen there that people make in their homes.
Here's My current EDC keychain

I Wrapped some of the items with a Turks Head knot to cut down on the ringy sounds also lets me get at
the LD01 in the dark alot easier.
O0 I like the lanyard and Turks around some of the items. Is everything on a welded ring?
I'm in Battle Creek and it's not looking too good for at least the next couple of years. Hopefully I'll be done with college soon and can purchase some of your items.
I checked out your website from a link on your blog and like how you got it set up. If I get unemployment I will for sure buy a few things from ya in the near future.
I like the lanyard and Turks around some of the items. Is everything on a welded ring?
Yes. This is a welded ring I bought at Walmart next the rope and carabiners for $1.98. Its a pain getting the split rings on it unless you have a pair of split ring plyers The ring is .190dia by 1.800 ID and the 26mm Mcgizmo clips with not snap on it so to fix this problems I filed a flat on the ring (barely visible) this allows the clips to snap on in one place only on the ring.
The picopin has some paracord wrapped around it because its so magnetic it gets caught and causes all kinds of problems with the other attachments. So I wrapped some cord around it to get the magnet away from the other items which helps alot
mate why did you blur/paint over your bmw key as they're all the same even if someone did copy the key bmw keys are chipped and the car won't start without the proper key
I would say better safe than sorry, it is hard to believe that someone could make an exact copy from a picture but it can be done.
