I really like having a Mini-Sharpie on hand all the time as there are somethings a pen just won't write on. However I find the little ring thingie on the top just won't stay on so the marker tends to fall off my keychain way too often.

So I decided to make up a leather holster for my keychain using the Laser Cutter at my local MakerSpace.

So far it's been on my keychain for about 2 weeks (photos below are when it was new) and it's holding up well.

The short answer is it depends on how many and where they'd need to mailed to. They pack flat of course (without the marker) so they'd likely fit nicely in a standard mailing envelope. I think the plastic D ring probably costs more than the leather used. Shoot me a PM and we'll discuss.

    Thanks.
