    Hey Everyone,
I just purchased the Kershaw OD-2, and I love the knife. I have one problem though, the flipper rattles alittle bit. I'm not sure if they all do this or just mine. So can anyone who owns the OD-2 tell me if their flipper is loose to.

I have an OD-1 and the flipper rattles a little bit. The mechanism is a little loose by design to function properly, IMHO>

Ok thanks alot, thats what I thought too, but it was still bothering me. But after taking apart the knife I realized that it is designed like that

Same thing here--it rattles on mine as well. It needs to be able to rattle in order for the mechanism to rotate around the cam properly. If it were tight enough not to rattle it wouldn't work.

That's weird, I've been edcing an od-2 for about 6 months now and there is zero rattle. Maybe I need to clean mine out lol.
