Back in January I received an email from Fenix customer support asking me to participate in their survey with a chance to win a prize. I didn't think I'll win but was glad to give feedback on my positive customer service experience (see here: https://www.edcforums.com/threads/fenix-headlamp-broken-and-part-replaced.139554/). I filled it and forgot about it... A couple of weeks ago I received another email saying I have won and asking for my address. It looked like a scam at first look but all details seemed legit so I emailed them my address... And yesterday I received my prize! I am really happy with it. Thank you Fenix for your gift, for the great support and for all the great flashlights you make. and here it is with the rest of the family
That's awesome. Fenix is pretty generous with giveaways - I've won a few small lights from them. I'm not sure if they still do it but if it's a light then can engrave they put they type of giveaway and the year on the light. I think they typically send these surveys out at the beginning of the year if you registered the warranty on one of their lights.
