Just what the title says. Let's hear your experiences.
I fixed your spelling mistake.
Thanks, I should have caught that error. My latest order came with a return for that's good only for a year. I thought they were like L.L. Bean.
What did you have that came with a warranty for only a year?
In my experience, the warranty is truly no . I have returned numerous pair of work pants and got them replaced. The one guy I work with sent his winter coat that the liner started coming out of, and they sent him a brand new coat, no problem. So I have had good experience's, but would like to know about yours.
Four pair of fire hose pants and 2 tees. Return label says exchange within one year. Refund section doesn't say that.
Is that referring to the warranty or is it the time limit for returning them unused for something else, for example, if the size you ordered didn't fit you properly?
I'm not sure. Hence wanting some clarification. I know everything wears out, but after trying these pants, I was gonna order a lot more stuff.
I'd think the easiest way to get that clarification would be to call the company and ask them... after all it is Their policy you are questioning, and anything anyone but them tells you is just gonna be hear-say, and have an inherent error factor... Only they can tell you Exactly what they mean by whats on their labels and paperwork/site.
I've gone through 4 pairs of DTC pants that I purchased once.
Bought them once. Sent them back. Got another. Sent them back. Got another.
Yeah. Their warranty is for real.
How's the sizing? I really want to try a pair. In Wrangler cargo pants I wear a 32x34...
Sizing is pretty true to fit. I wear a 32x30 and that's my size from DTC too.
Do they ever run sales?
I find that DLT sizing runs a size smaller than Wranglers... I'm wearing 42 waist in wranglers, but 44 waist from DLT is the same fit or just a touch tighter than that. DLT is sized about like Carhart IMO, both have a short rise, and are a size small in the waist compared to anything else I've worn..
Never sent anything back

This was my experience as well. I got a pair of the firehose jeans cut pants last December in my usual size and had to send them back for a size larger. I wear them as khakis in an office environment literally every day and they still look brand new. Highly recommended.
I have purchased three pairs of pants from them and one pair of winter work gloves. One glove developed an issue where the waterproof liner was letting water in. They replaced the pair. After more than a year or two I wore holes in all three pairs of pants. All three were replaced with the same product. I did have to pick a new color for one pair of pants but that's because the original was discontinued.
I will chime in again. I just sent 3 pairs of the fire hose loggers back, it was after 1 year was up, they no longer make that same pant, but make it in the duluth flex material. For the 3 pairs of pants I paid a $20 difference in cost and got 3 brand new pair of duluth flex loggers back. I have 2 more pair I should send in and I'm sure I will have no problems.
On a side note, I also wear darn tough wool socks everyday, after almost 3 years I wore holes in 3 pair that I wear. I sent all 3 pair back and got 3 new pair of the same color. No questions asked. I sent them out the same day as the duluth pants, took a little longer to get back, but I got like $325 worth of new work clothes for the cost of shipping back to them and the $20 difference. I feel that is really hard to beat in this day and age.
I've never sent anything back to them but love their products. One day last week I realized that everything I was wearing except for my shoes came from them, including undergarments and socks. Guess I am a convert.
Well . I'm about to order some Firehouse Jeans next paycheck.
Their ballroom flex jeans are awesome. Wish all jeans had a gusseted crotch. Pockets are nice and deep and I can fit quite a few of my EDC items in the 5th jean/coin pocket.
