I was bit by spyderco too, now im spending thousands on knives. Be careful!
I stopped looking after I got my mini grip.
If it makes you feel better knives are a great economical hobby. They don't cost a ton compared to some things and average depreciation is very low. My meager Spydie collection is worth way more than I paid over a span of about 6 years (on average). Cost of labor goes up, knives get discontinued, sprints and limited editions, etc.
Before knives it was cars. I had a $2000 oem hardtop for a MR2 Spyder shipped from Japan. Luckily I had the car for another 1 year
The next Forum Knife is going to be a Spydie that glows!
Eagerly awaiting ^
I'm telling you. It's kind of bitter sweet. I loved the rush of knives coming in the mail only to feel unsatisfied continuing my search for that knife. Now the I found "the knife" as much as I'd like to buy more, nothing will give me more of a satisfied rush than my mini grip. So I'm stuck. It's a good stuck. Now my obsession is finding that perfect EDC flashlight. Hahahah
Show is a pic!
My first and current knife is the Tenacious.
Thanks to your pictures of the Strider, I am now smitten with a Strider of my own. Where has my financial sensibility gone?
The picture doesn't do it justice!

Dragonlfy was my first as well. Next came a Delica. Not sure what the next addition will be.
I'm thinking about a black delica with a plain blade for my next.

I know that feeling. Only for me it was Alan Davis. Now I'm tweaking flashlight preferences.
