    Any northface pack, i my self really like the recon. Osprey also have alot of nice bags for the active "civilian" :)

    I'm you, only 10 years older. Still fit & active. My two bags are a Tom Binh 19L Synapse for EDC tasks and sometimes In a GHB configuration. For bigger tasks I roll with a North Face Recon. The older larger model, ~2000cu.in. I'm in a very urban enviornment. Neither bag gets a second look. NF bags are very popular with students and mlennials.

    Another happy Flare owner, just got mine and love it. Check out Eddie Bauer (Adventurer or Trailhead) and 5.11 Covrt too.

    I use a TAD Gear Dispatch bag for work, it's low profile and flexible... to me that is.
