Made some kydex keyring clips today
Great improvement of the BG Idox. Can you tell me what knife sharpener that is?
Thank you! It's a clone of the Edge Pro. I modified it with some stoppers, reworked the joint and bought original Edge Pro sharpening stones. Now it's a really usable sharpening system.
Thanks for the info. Quickly googled Edge Pro, they are rather expensive. I have a simple Lansky set. Do you have experience with the Spyderco and/or Lansky sharpener? If so, do you prefer the Edge Pro or one of the others?
I have also a Lansky Deluxe. Currently I prefer the "Edge Pro" system, because it's more comfortable for bigger knives and faster. But in the near future I want to buy a Wicked Edge. It's more expensive, but the best sharpening system on the market, in my opinion.
Thanks to Nick4305 masofnos PSCL No Agenda Patrick87 Gallows Antithetik and all visitors of my thread for all the likes!
You're welcome, mate.
It wasn't me!
Ah, okay, you are welcome!
Always happy to drop in

Got one on the way as well.
Congrats. It's a really good knife for the price. The many notches are a little bit wiry, but safety first.
Great, I nearly had forgotten about Manly, after taking a look several months ago...
How much do all the "half-stops" really suck opening and closing the Comrade?
I don't even like the classic half-stop, and this one got what, three stages?
...have a black/sanded D2 incoming, though...
There are 3 stops. That means, you have to pull 4 times on the blade to open it complete. How much it sucks? Don't know, today I carry it the second day. It's a little bit unusual and awkward, but safe and legal in Germany. You have no chance to open it one handed.
Yeah, same as my. Pay attention, it's the sharpest knife I ever had out of the box.
You're welcome, and thanks again for the info about the sharpeners.
Nice Bastinelli fixie!
Idox Just now catching up on your thread--nice gear. Wish I could 'like' these knives multiple times!
