You can tell by the way it works that it is dollarstore garbage. High low blink off. If you want a very small light with a clip to put on your shirt, look at the manker lights. They have a AAA rightangle light. E02 or E03. These also have good nichia 219c emitters in them.
Thanks, I already have Zebra lights that are similar. Like the look of this rectangular shaped, cob strip type though.

Interesting thanks. Power output isn't such an issue for me, I see that this light takes 3 AAA batteries so I'm thinking that it maybe larger than the one in the video? Clipping it onto a T shirt, size and weight is more of an issue I feel.

It reminds me of a modern bicycle light that's sold in some £ stores over here, they have a looped fixing for the handlebars though.
