    Nope, maybe it's a prototype like the knife.

    User that posted the picture is PiterM on the Paneristi (Panerai watch fans) forum. Contacting him would probably be the easiest way to suss out the info on the carabiner.

    That photo also shows up on Pinterest labeled as "Patrick Ma's EDC".

    Patrick Ma is a designer and founder at Triple Aught Designs (TAD).

    EtA: I've found some high end designs that are similar, although not exact, as well as a fair number of cheaper patterns.

    Given who was sporting that carabiner, it could very well be something he cranked out in the workshop one afternoon.

    Thanks for playing Sherlock Holmes! I believe that Pintrest is mislabeled. That original picture came from a Panerai forum with a guy that is NOT Patrick Ma (who has been pushed out from TAD... few months ago I believe).

    But I did think it might be custom or a prototype.

    The knife is a CQC-8. It's not a prototype but a limited edition.
