When I leave the house I have 3 on me - ZT 0301 clipped front right cargo, Spyderco Bug hanging from Gamble mini-D clipped in front left pocket and Leatherman Juice CS4 in front left pocket.

At home I just have the ZT 0301 clipped in the deep conceal holster.

In my EDC/work bag.... a few... folders and fixies...

Swiss Army Cadet in the front pocket, a Champ on the belt, and a Spyderco Harpy in my jacket pocket. My section leader always said "two is one, and one is none..... always have a spare."

I typically have 3: a folder clipped in my front right pocket (can be PM2, numerous Kershaws etc). I neck knife like my CRKT Folts Minimalist, and a SOG Brous designed Snarl on my belt betwen the buckle and my 1 o'clock belt loop.

Aww... I feel so shamed. Lol.

Yes... shame on me for having a job that helps educate our youth... and not deliberately breaking the "no weapon school zone" by bringing in food knives like my co-workers do. Besides, even when I don't have a knife, I'm still packing 2-3 pairs of scissors, a mini prybar, a heavy duty plastic knife, and a strap cutter. That will do everything a knife can do except detailed food prep.

Well I guess I'll give you a pass ! Scissors will make a stab wound that take a long time to heal !! Don't ask !

Heh, well my scissors wouldn't, but being a school, there's plenty of long, pointy teacher's scissors around even though I can't legally carry a knife that's much shorter and less pointy.

I used to be BIG into EDC and gear, however the last year has demanded that I focus cash onto real tools for work and other things. So the last pieace of gear I bought was a Nitecore Tube on sale for 6euro (well I bought 4)

I used to carry a OHO Knife a SAK and a Multitool.

Now it's just a SAK or a Multitool at work it's pair with a utility cutter of some kind. Today on my day off I could get by with a SAK Classic, but am carrying a swisschamp so I guess thats counts as 2 knives

Only one: tried and true Benchmade mini grip with baby blue grips.

I regret getting the half serrated sheeps foot blade though. A real pain to sharpen. Might swap out for a tanto.

I'm out of the workshop now. Victorinox Cadet in my pocket and a Leatherman Juice in my bag. To be honest, outside of the shop or house I can't remember the last time I had to use the blade on a knife to cut anything. Away from home it's usually the scissors, screwdriver or nail-file that I need.

2 as of late. Before that I was commonly just carrying 1 small slip joint but I randomly decided to carry another locking folder. Honestly I haven't needed both but I love my knives and enjoy carrying them.

I was going to say one, but then I remembered the Vic Classic on my key chain. That plus the LM Wave or ST300 makes two. It's not really because I feel like I need a backup, its just that it is easier to leave the large LM when I need to, and still have the Vic without searching for it and re-attaching it to my key chain. And when i carry the ST300, I have the Vic scissors (small but usable, I really hate long nails). Actually I have been bringing the Vic in my pocket on all my flights for the last two years.

For urban EDC i feel that one blade would suffice, even though I'm carrying two for the aforementioned reasons. Going camping is something completely different, and even for short one-day hiking trips I would always carry at least a large LM and a good fixed blade.
