DIY solution that involves ducktape, leftover pieces of a yoga mat and the will to cover up my beloved OPO with something that looks "afrigadget"-y ;)

here we go! the big one is for the tablet, the longer one for the BT-keyboard, the smallest is for the oneplusone (see the yoga mat? ;)... not pretty but does the job)

This horribly ugly thing is my Samsung galaxy s4 with a extended battery. The battery comes with a larger back casing to accommodate the larger battery. The good thing is my time between charges has tripled. The bad thing is no cases fit it and this thing was like trying to hold on to a block of ice. My solution was some gun grip tape. This stuff is awesome and does the trick but I did a hurried and sloppy job. I will be getting the s5 active in November so when I put this on last month I wasn't too concerned with the looks. The niteize clip gets clipped in my left front pants pocket. I have done this to the last two phones I've had and it works great for me. Twice I just had the clip attached to whatever minimalist case I had on the phone. Mostly I just use a case for grip. Never had one of the clips fail and I can clip it to other things as well. Backpack strap etc.

While my HAM2 will fit in my pockets I prefer it on my belt because of its size. It's a 6.1" phone with a case that makes it a little bigger. Here's a pic and details.

I usually wear cargo pants which fit my Nokia phablet just fine. Or in cool weather I'll put in in a vest pocket. In a pinch I can carry it in a regular pants pocket, but then I have to take it out to sit down.
