I use the leather pouch that came w the Spirit X, or coin pocket in the TAD jeans or I use this custom leather: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Either in my pocket on a keychain with a small light or I'll leave it in my car console. My other one stays in a small bag. Both are the ps4 squirt.
SAK cadet - frontpocket LM squirt - 5th jeans pocket or on keychain LM Blast - backpack w/ other bike tools I haven't used the blast since a year now, the other two usually get the job done or I use dedicated tools.
We carry the same combo of LM tools. I used to carry the Blast in a belt pouch; since shifted it to a messenger bag that I usually have with me. Squirt lives on a 'keychain' dedicated to keychain size tools; virtually always with me! Other blades rotate in use weekly... L'chaim! Moshe ben David
A SAK in my left front pocket, a Gerber Dime with a paracord tail in my 5th jeans pocket, a Leatherman Wave in my EDC bag.
I tote the Wave Plus in a dedicated kydex sheath. Very unobtrusive, and easy to access on my Blue Alpha rig.
Gerber MP600 stays in the console of my car. Signal is either closed to the outside back pocket (don’t want a bad back) or in the waistband of whatever pants I’m wearing. Mostly the latter.
I have a Leatherman Wingman. It has a clip and i carry it in the right, front pocket everyday. Only other thing in that pocket is my wallet. I love the Wingman and use it almost daily.
That is a VERY nice sleek looking holster for your LM. Can you please give some info on it, including a maker website? L'chaim! Moshe ben David
Thank you. No website, made it from .080 kydex as a sunday project with a heat gun, mini gas torch, metal ruler, drill, some sand paper in different grits and my imagination. Pic below is proof of consept I made on saturday modeling it from Adam Savages LM holster from tested. Same materials used as above. I just needed to test how to make it and then I had to brew the idea for some time. I don't have a shop of garage to make things. I drew guidelines straight to kydex in our living room while entertaining kids and then bent it on my kitchen table couple hours later.
Bravo! This is wonderfully conceived and beautifully executed. I've been toying with the idea of starting to work with kydex for some time and I actually have a little shop space in my garage where I can work. I can't imagine doing it with my toddler running around! Well done!!
I carry the Vic Spartan daily, sometimes accompanied by a LM Juice CS4. If I'm doing stuff where I'm gonna need tools I'll run a full size Gerber in a belt sheath so I don't have to go back and forth for the tool box just for a pair of pliers. Generally the Spartan does everything I need it to for an urban EDC
My only bigger pliers based multi-tool is a LM Wingman. The clip doesn't like to stay tight, so while I'd like to have it clipped in my back pocket, I usually just put it in the 5th pocket of my jeans so it doesn't slide around. I also carry a LM Style PS on my keys. I have three SAKs (Cadet, Pioneer X, and Compact) and I typically carry them loose in a pocket next to my wallet, in a leather knife slip, or in the 5th pocket of my jeans.
Chaos, this one; is made by Detroit Holster Shop. He makes them for all current Leatherman models, in 2-versions. Available in about 30 different patterns. Version one is about fifty-bucks shipped. There are options for a 'tek-lok' option in you so desire. For some reason, he has an extremely-slow website, so you have to wait-for-it to load-up. The product is high-quality with great attention to detail. Right, or left-hand versions: no problem! http://www.detroitholster.com/store/product/leatherman-holster/
