Its got little numbers on it that tell you the time! LOL!

JK! What is it that you're trying to do? I would figure all Casios are similar, though mine has a different button configuration.

well I figured out how to set the time. But I thought I could "atomically set" the watch? So that it's super consistent? Also wanted to figure out all the power save mods and things.

Thats about ten times more complicated then mine, but it is awesome looking. I'm not sure if you can find it, but sometimes I see a digital copy of the manual if you can find one.

If it is atomic, then it will auto sync w an atomic clock every night at 2 am. At least that's what mine did.

Casio watches have model numbers and module numbers.
The number at 2 o'clock is the model number (GW-9100) is the model number and the module (at 1 o'clock) number is 3089.

Manuals are listed by module number.

The manual for your watch can be found here:
    http://ftp.casio.co.jp/pub/world_manual/wat/en/qw3089.pdf

    EDIT: Sigh.... typed too slow.

Yah I did it again. Not sure if it worked. It didn't say an error happened. I guess we'll see if it auto sets tonight. It's currently at the right time and date. I understand...most of the features it offers! Thanks guys!

Can you specify exactly what you did (page references would help) and why you don't think it worked?

ok page two "to perform manual receive receiving"

It says once its done will display the date and time along with the "GET" my watch beeped and had the "GET" but it didn't display anything else. I waited for it to change....maybe was still thinking. But it didn't do anything. So I'm not sure if it atomically set because it didn't do really anything the manual said it would do.

Did the "RC!" ever appear? Did you wait 1-13 minutes for the "GET" to appear? Was the watch facing the right direction near a window? If all else fails, have you considered doing this outside away from any other likely sources of interference?

The RC! Did appear And the signal blinked indicating it was tryin to get "US60" receiver. I waited for a while the first time. It beeped at me and the "GET" was there. The first time I faced it toward the window but the second time I did it outside in direct sunlight. Still don't know if it worked

Hmmm... if the first time worked, but the second time didn't you should be able to tell from the "reception log." That's the bit in the manual that says:

"If the current reception fails, but a previous reception was sucessful, the display shows the previous reception's date and time, and the ERR indicator.
--:-- indicates that none of the reception operations were successful."

(Footnote: I don't believe that Casio disables the "Copy" function from their PDF, so I had to type the last bit. It's a watch manual, not frickin' missile codes...sigh)

Couldn't hurt to try it again. If it fails you can always try it from another location (in case something in your current area is inhibiting reception).

Sorry it's not a more definitive answer. Haven't owned any of the current crop of Casios, so basically this is like remote tech support without the toll charges. :Juggle:

Most of the software is similar in the casio line. Make sure the time zone is set, press and hold the adjust button for about 3 seconds. it should go into recieve mode and display the signal strength. It can take up to 5 minutes to set. It works best at night, with a clear view of the east in your case.
