I like the idea of them but for most of my gear, the whole thing will be too thick for me. Pocket buldge, no thank you :p
The only knife I carry sheathed in my pocket is my Higonokami with its leather-ish sheath. I couldn't imagine putting a Celidor SAK or a Leatherman or any kind in a leather sheath in my pocket. Belt carry would work

I meant belt pouches, sorry. I have a pocket pouch that came with my Northwoods, it's one heck of a lot of pouch for a very thin knife. Don't think it's my kind of thing.

My Isreali Bandage packaging lost its vacuum seal so a peice of clear duct tape now holds it tightly wound around the bandage...

My Vic Spirit Awl failed to cut 3/4" corragated steel pipe when I was in a crawslpace running a gas line for a stove...I faile it because I tried to use it to do the job of the tool on truck ;)

Not sure how you've resolved to carry these on-person, but Countycomm makes some great Delrin waterproof battery lockers that fit nicely on a keychain or at the end of a Monroe Dangler/TEC P-7. They offer CR123, AA, and AAA. I can't post a link, but they're easily googled. I've carried the CR123 for years, has held up admirably and been utilized countless times.

Yesterday I was helping my wife put together a new piece of furniture in her office which required a screwdriver, so out comes my handy Vic Craftsman. Unfortunately many of the screws were recessed and the SAK screwdriver on the back of the Craftsman proved near worthless. My wife on the other hand had her Vic Swisschamp with her, and it handled the job with ease. For that reason I'll be switching back to one of my SAKs with the inline phillips driver.

So I'm at the office, and someone asks my office "room mate" for a screwdriver, without asking me, so I say nothing. I then realize that the only EDC piece of gear I have on my person or in my bag is my CRK 21. Nothing else  My boss is the only one who has a toolbow filled with full size tools. I don't have one since I'm there like 3 weeks per year but I still feel bad :nah_disagree:

:Edit: I just realized I've been using my Leatherman squirt wrong for quite a while, so I guess its more of a I failed my edc.

My Zagg ProFolio quit. I'll have to heck if they'll send me another. Once before, when my first one quit, they had me return it.
    Typing on an iPad stinks.

I was gonna suggest that it was the first bit of EDC that failed me, rather than me failing it, but then recalled that he first Zagg keyboard quit once ;)

With me I guess I failed. Going to a Charity event at a farm, and I wanted my 4 layer Sterling SAK, but I can't find it. Settled on a Juice CS4 and MiniGrip.
