Was unfortunately forced to buy a Gerber due to leaving my 940 at home when leaving for a week. I was upset. But you know what? This little Gerber is a keeper. Not a bit of play, and the quality is pretty darn good. This is from an objective standpoint, though, my 940 is miles above it. But for the money, this isn't bad at all.
Im an REI junkie. Picked this Rainbow case up a while back and has been doing the deed since with no complaints. The leatherman tool was recently thrown in due to my Gerber Dime breaking a leg the other day. The multi tool, pen, lighter & Fenix go inside the velcro pouch along with the Sani Hands and Band Aids inside the zip pouch in front. My first Maxpedition case is on the way being the Micro. Stoked to receive it along with other goodies that are en route. Will post more pictures as time continues. My Electrics are with me rain, shine, sleet or snow, regardless of weather or where im at.
Nice load out. When you do get that MaxPed P.O. let us see what you can do with it. Here's a thread dedicated to them to give you some ideas and a place to post more pics of your own. Welcome to forum! Hello from Location, Kentucky! LOL!
Thank you much SAKPlumber, glad to be here I must say. That thread along with a couple others are the inspiration for investing in the MaxPed along with some other goodies. Very excited to be gathering some supplies and can already feel another MaxPed order on the way very soon to replace my current FAK and other goodies that I carry everyday. Glad im not the only one that digs this so much. Sorry for the low quality pictures, camera is a bit dated but does the job.
Not bad pics at all. The only worse ones are when none are posted. I learn from picture books best. Ask my Mommie lol So where is Location?
WNC, Beer City to say the least, and proud of it, lol. Picture books eh, that one gave me a chuckle ; ) Your kit is very nice, tidy and organized. Gave me a couple ideas for organization and labeling various things so you can know off hand and not waste time searching & guessing. Quick questions if I may...If I have my FAK along with other general items in the same case, would it be wise to split the FAK into one case and say other items I carry daily into another? Have been wondering this for a while now or if people have different cases for different uses.
Thanks! Good question. Myself I carry my FAK in my EDC bag, which goes alomost everywhere. I plan to put a few things in a pocket organizer for when I don't have the bag handy. In that case I'll probably have the two combined every once in a while. I'm sure you'll find all kinds of ways to do it, but whatever works for you will help everybody keep an open mind about what it is that they do
A coworker of mine EDC that sharp. I can't even count the times I've seen him use it on scene. Talking about the 915 Triage of course. Sent from my Otter Box wrapped EVO 3D using Tapatalk
I can appreciate the single round there. Nice set-up. Welcome to the Forum! Btw, if you just joined how is it that you got that far and own such a wide variety of stuff. You Pocket Dump(PD) looks like that of someone whose been around for a while. Lookin' good!
