I love the wear on that Delica clip. Mine looks just the same
That is a stunning blade. Did you make it yourself? What kind of steel is that?
Thanks. It's an Ivan Campos. The previous owner did the acid etch. I believe it's 1095.
The Eo1 is the best light ever! Don't leave home without it
Not so much my edc, but here's what my 2 week old nephew carries in his cargo pocket.
Black coffee (double as always)
770 ml water bottle
Zebra F701 & F301
Skinth, keychain and a little new Gladiator holder.
Refreshing my knowledge for the upcoming red deer rut.
Last night i had this weird idea....
I do not know yet what will be the right destination, but I was interested at least in trying.
Started buying (on the bay) a small bunch of these.
Ball bearing swivel hook lure size 9# 41mm 1.6in/420Lbs. Sturdy, cheap (five bucks for 10 pcs), really well crafted.
I still go fishing (started about 47 years ago...), but didn't buy those for that (flyfisher c&r from 20 years).
Always thought that this stuff could have a sort of EDC role.
So this is the "project".
Cut off one ring (they are really strong!) with a bolt cutter... and swapped it with new different sizes split ring.
Now i have the possibility to hang something, without the needing of biners or similar, to a really strong but compact attach.
Again, still have to realize if this could be an idea, or only a loss of time... mine and yours !
Have nice days, you all.

Simple, effective, classy.
A silver Parker 75 (like mine) will fit perfectly this your setup, Anti...
Japp. Very nice. Just needed a Zippo in the same structure then too.
Na, next stop is the full Titanium route, once I have the Hinderer Investigator I will also take the Titanium Zippo out of the drawer.
Quite surely Zippo have a crosshatch grid item in its range...
Always loved that kind of finishing, especially on solid silver items.
On the other side i have to agree with you, Ti is unbeatable about strenghtness and good looking after some time.
Are you going to use your own one with the jet flame insert or with the original one ?
And even if not requested, may i vote for this last one solution ?
I've had one of those swivels on my keychain for 15 years but I connected my key with a 75lb rated safety pin style snap.
Used to connect to a leatherman micro.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
I am gonna stick with the Jet Flame Insert. Winter is coming, the storms are already here.
Thanks, swany, didn't see this before.
How do you feel about it ?
