    why carry two phones?
also is there a particular reason you use hinged cuffs as your second pair of cuffs rather than a second set of quickcuffs, or is it a case of what's issued to you?

I suspect one of the phones was issued to him for work purposes. While the other is his personal phone.

Agreed, It is common place for an employer to issue a "Work Specific" phone ..
And most LEO's I know have added preferable backup "Cuffs" in their kit ..

    BE WELL .. GH

BlackBerry is for work, it is great for emails and the like and has a great secure call feature on it, the HTC is my own phone but I use it a lit for looking things up.

The cuffs comes from working in plain clothes I prefer to use the hinged ones they are easier to conceal and have a little more flex for when cuffing a larger person. Hinged cuffs on my person, rigid ones stay in my bag normally.

Oddly it is not a very common practice in the UK to carry more than one pair of cuffs.

It's nice to see an actual photo of the EDCF buff. I think I need to pick up one of those.

I am new here and love to look at all the EDC setups. I have a question. What do you actually use the small pry bars for? I see A LOT of them in EDC setups and am really curious.

"Pry tools- Do you carry one?"

Thread is a bit old. But it's got plenty of replies.

Unfortunately the Search function is acting up. But that's the title of the topic.

It's a permanent marker by cold steel with the same strength and size as a Kubotan, so it is made to be used as a Kubotan if need be. I used to carry a Kubotan but the pocket shark is just as good and easier to carry.
