Just wanted to make an overall comment on the quality and staging of the photos. The composition, lighting and angle/close ups have really made this thread one I look forward to viewing. So many photos now have a depth compared to the one dimension overhead shots that used to be so prevalent. Great work everyone!
Hey thanks. I really like the Saddleback Leather notepad holder. It is really, really well put together. The color on this one is Dark Coffee Brown. The hankerchief is pocket square size. Bandana is okay to carry around day to day, but pocket square is more comfortable since it is, more or less, flat in your pocket. Thanks! It is one of my favorite knives. Here are a few more photographs:
Nice AO's. I carry mine in a case from Tanner Goods. One of the best values in sunglasses today: metal frame, polarized lenses, 3 different sizes, made in USA and all for about $60.
Servus! Thanks for bringing my attention to the Bravo One - the new Einhandmesser law has really reduced the Number of fine knives we can carry. I did notice that the scales are not from Pohl. Are they from Custom Scale Division? Your leatherwork is very nice as well! Come down south often?
Thanks... love my AO's. How do you like the Tanner case? I've been debating between it and the one by Makr Carry Goods.
I love the Tanner case. I also looked at both and went with the Tanner for two reasons: I really like the design of the Tanner version with the flaps that fold over and tuck in. There is also a piece of wood inside that the bridge rests on and serves as the anchor point for the other half of the snap. It allows you to snap the case closed without crushing your glasses. The second reason is the leather. The tanner models use Horween Chromexcel, my favorite. I have the 52mm AO's and there is definitely room for the 55mm and maybe even the 57mm.
