    If they were 3" I would've bought one already. :( Don't want to even think about trading a 3.5" from the store for a 3". (La lalalala not listening!)

    You can put the 2x4 down and go enjoy the beach. Honestly I'm heading out for 10 days starting tomorrow and I would have absolutely bought a slicer at Jon's normal prices, but I can't justify dropping the combined amount he asks. It's a very fair deal, all things considered. It just doesn't fit in with a vacation right around the bend. Good luck to those who get these beauties. I'd love one, but this doesn't appear to be the time. :)
