Hey forum! I am about to purchase an Oakley Warrant watch but am torn between choosing the copper dial or the black-and-silver version. Orange is my favorite color but on the other hand the orange ("copper") might not always match with all my clothes so well & I intend to wear this watch every day. Oh if only I was a richer man & could simply buy BOTH. Decisions, decisions... Comment below which you'd advise.

The black and silver one looks better. That orange on the other one just screams out "cheap and with poor taste".

Definitely the black. Unless you like gaudy.

Actually I think the copper one is pretty neat. But the Black and Silver is super classy. Go for that!

I like copper faces on watches, but I don't think this one is very well-executed. The gritty texture looks much better in black. It makes the copper color look less like actual copper and more like something copper-colored.

Thanks everyone for your comments! They really helped me make my decision -- went with the black-and-silver version. This is actually the first watch I buy for myself, I've been rocking a Fossil I was given as a high-school graduation gift every day for the past 3 years, thought it was about time to switch things up a little with a bit of an upgrade.

An astute observation good sir, tbh I wasn't even completely sure if it actually was real copper by looking at the pictures although with the retail price tag on it, it had better be! Oakley does not dissapoint though, every Oakley product I have ever owned (mostly sunglasses of course) has performed above & beyond expectations.

If anyone does have interest in the copper-dialed version I have a guy willing to let a new, unused one go for $300 (retail is $695). PM me and I'll refer you to him if you like.

    Best,
    Mr. Bright5ide

Ill be honest and say this, i don't like Oakley.. i think there super over priced ( even with U.S. standard issue website ). BUT! if i had to choose one i would pick black and silver just looks better and it looks like it could go with almost anything, unlike the orange... only thing i think i would own from Oakley is a pair of SI M frames, or Gascans...

Edit: noticed you picked the watch already :)
