Anyone on here actually got/use one? I know that it's been mentioned a couple of times on here, just wondered if anyone bought one and discovered any big negatives over time?

I don’t have, so can’t answer your question, but watching be ause does look interesting.

The side mesh pockets seem very cool as well as the beavertail, but how well do they really function is a big question to me. Doesn’t look like it has much organization for smaller items which might be a drawback.

The video doesn’t show much organisation. Military1st do have a 60 day returns policy and free returns in the UK.

Looking at other videos, apart from a section of net/mesh going across the inside of that front pocket, I don't think there is any other organisation as such?? The beavertail does look like an handy feature to have but like you say, would it actually retain a summer jacket for example, that's what I'd be most likely to use it for. I guess that you could make a slip in panel with elastic loops to take care of the lack of organisation.

This pack has a better beavertail design I think.

Thanks. I’m not a big beavertail user but do recognize the occasional use, which is why I thought the Groundhog hidden one was cool, but this one looks interesting too.

I've got a Groundhog pack and currently using it as my EDC. My only complaint is there isn't really any organization except two mesh pockets inside the front vehicle pocket. The size bottle pockets look weird if left out full time and are annoying to deploy when you want to quickly stash a drink. Materials and workmanship are good and I have no problems with anything else about the pack.

I have one I'd be willing to part with for a good price if you're interested.

I'm very happy with it so far, first bag I've had that opens like it does, everything contained by those mesh pockets so you can find/see what you are looking. All my other packs have zipped pockets on the outside, handy but can be frustrating if you can't remember what's in them.
