Very Nice indeed! Especially fond of the holsters!
That is some seriously nice leatherwork. The holsters look very practical in their simplicity.
GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you make the bone handle SAK yourself as well ? Great work and great look !
No, I do not believe that everything has gone tactical. What I do believe is that companies use and abuse the word "tactical" as an advertising tool to increase sales. For example, Maxpedition which is a company that I really like, sells a Tactical Toiletry Bag and Tactical Can Case. The word "tactical" has no place with these products but for some consumers it makes pulling the trigger on the sale a bit more palatable.
This is a trend that I really dislike. :tickedoff:
Hi, thanks to all for the compliments!
The holsters are of my own design. A hybrid between a low pancake designed to hold the single action closer to the body, and the traditional look.
The SA is carried strong side, reverse draw and even a 6 inch model is quite concealable under an heavy flannel shirt.
M, the stag handles on the SAK were done by me a well.
I gave a Maxped Tactical Can Case to a friend for Christmas 'cause she loves tuna fish. I hooked a P-51 on it, and threw in a can of chicken of the sea. When she opened it, I MADE her read the product name. She was quite amused. I can't convince her to carry a flashlight, but now she'll be ready with a snack no matter what the situation.
