Got my crunch back today, well,a brand new crunch..
    Gotta love the warranty
Quick service this time and a whole new tool,so,happy with leatherman!
I get frustrated when stuff breaks or wears out,but I love new tools as replacements!
    Totally recommend anything leatherman

You didn't like it much? Three on-the-road saves, two more bought for your daughters, used regularly, and didn't like it much? What do you do with the tools you DO like? ; )

A fair question. I've fixed innumerable desktops, laptops, servers, routers, firewalls, TSUs and even a DTC. I've racked and stacked countless network gizmos. I've done impromptu repairs of cars, sump pumps, and once a light aircraft. I've cut more cable ties than you've probably had hot meals. You'd be surprised by how many knots ice picked apart, primarily with pliers on a multi. Stuck zippers are something of a specialty.

My nickname on this board wasn't accidental. Weird things happen around me all the time.

Also, for the sake of clarity, I don't dislike the Sidekick. It's okay for what it is. I'm just well and truly past "starter" multitools.
