just curious, are there any other fans of the benchmade griptillian out there? I had been wanting one for a long time and finally got one a while ago, and it is my all time favorite. I got the olive drab handle with a combo edge and coated blade. so, tell me what you think of the griptillian, is it anybody else's favorite knife?
I like both my Griptilians, they're great knives and if you aren't keen on the OEM grip-set there's a lot of aftermarket alternatives. I personally prefer the versions with the Doug Ritter blade profile myself.
Love my Black, serrated, tanto full size. One of my favorite knives, and I would die for some Wilkins scales on it.
L O V E my Mini Grip. Haven't left my pocket for a while now. Got my ZT0350 in my bag for more serious cutting tasks though. I've been sent in from outer space - using Tapatalk 2
I've got one with a partially serated blade. I'm very happy with it. I am eyeing a smaller blade version with no serrations.
I have the 550SHG full size with combo blade and the 555HG mini-grip. I love both of them and purchased the mini after determining that the full size was a little large to edc (I work in an office setting). Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
I love that it's blue, purple, has the EDCF logo on it, my user name on it, and most importantly... that it was a gift from the Conspirators! Other than that, it's the perfect size for my little hands and is nice and grippy. It design is pretty too.
hahaha! After seeing Blurple's engravings each and every day, when I saw your Mini Grip, I was like... it looks so nekked!
I only have a Doug Ritter mini Grip. But I love it. Just feels right in some way.. It gets as much pocket time as my Sebenza's, Hinderer and other higher $$$ knifes.. Here is some pictures from the first day I got it.
Love me some Grips. I've got three and love the design. One of my favorite things of this knife is the grips, they feel like they were made for me
Vesp is the reason why HDS is so slow at getting lights sent out. He's bleeding them with his Ritter.
I was excited to get my first benchmade knife (full size grip) but I'm not crazy about the handle. I have big hands but it feels big and unwieldy to me. I like it overall but its not a daily carrier for me. What are some options for aftermarket scales?
Wilkins. I have the large and small and have Wilkins on both. They really make a difference. Pricey, but gives the Benchmade a whole different feel.
