well, after a looong time of looking, searching, analyzing and deciding. i finally made a choice to which bag to support my current edc champion TAD F.A.S.T EDC). At first i was really into the mxp MBP or the tactical attaché, but then reminded that TAD GEAR had a "messenger bag" styled bag. so after a looooooonger time of deciding and re-analyzing i finally came down to a final choice. this one! image along with TAD Gear Round Pocket (WaterPod) a review will be submitted as soon as i get it and used it a couple of days. Nice looking bag. The camo makes it a bit too tactical for my needs, but I'm asuming it comes in other colors. I sold my Maxpedition Jumbo and got a Maxpedition Operator Attached at LA Police gear and it came with an M-2 for $99. I should do a review/recap of it in a separate thread too.
zcout, I don't know what you're planning on loading up in it, or how much (weight-wise), but you if you haven't thought of it already you might try and wrapping the handles with 550. With that fold-over carry handle it might be more comfortable carrying with some extra cord on it. Look forward to reading your review.
the 550 idea was great! will test it once i tested the bag in its "original shape" well the load out will vary depending on how much i am going to do, and how long the day is going to be. but the stuff that will always be in it is : books a knife first aid kit flashlight 1 liter of water a shemagh a coupe of gloves
