Just a quick post for those who "need" another one...out here in Texas, Frys Electronics has them discounted to $2.50. Only found the tan version. Great buy! [IMG]

The Shard is a great tool, I use it all the time and it's a very handy thing to have attached to your keys.

I’ve always liked the look of it, but it kept poking me in the thigh. Now it just sits in the drawer.

None of the tools on the Shard are great, save the pry bar, but overall a superb multitool at the size/low price.

I have given a dozen or so of these as gifts at the $8 price point; $2.50 is a steal.

That's actually a great deal. On a whim I grabbed one from a third party Amazon seller for like $3 shipped a few years back. I guess it's just a matter of time before the price bottoms out on these.

It's a decent tool if you can catch a deal.

Used the phillips driver end more than the pry end on my shard. The bottle opener is a little weak. I have been meaning to just grind off the opener and then it would be even better.

The shard is one of the better pocket prys that I have seen, due to the phillips end and the bent pry edge for leverage.
