My 23 year old son just finished a year long masonry course and is presently enrolled in a restauration course which is where the real money is. I have been introducing him to EDC requirements so his graduation present was a Leatherman Rebar. He's allergic to leather so the pouch that came with it is perfect.

    Prybar and flashlight are next!

Brilliant, I bet he's well pleased. I really like the cutters on mine.

My son (15) and I both have the Rebar. We really like it. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of some other models. It is sturdy and has everything that makes the Supertool (which I used to have) great. Only in a manageable size. I have pretty big hands but still prefer the Rebar's size, especially in the pocket.
The replaceable cutters are a nice touch. That is this first thing I mess up on a multitool.
